Reliable Staffing was founded in 2004 by Deon Rowie. With a team of just four individuals, Rowie was determined to help businesses in Indianapolis resolve their problems, complexed or simple. Initially, Reliable Staffing catered to small and medium businesses' accounting needs. It developed over multiple decades and went from being an accounting engine to a strong structured company, focusing on large scale event staffing and set up.
Rowie made it his business to help other businesses. 
Though dedicated to structuring, stabilizing, and helping other businesses soar, Rowie was most passionate about helping people. He purchased, rehabbed, renovated, and designed a unique living experience for his employees that experienced extenuating circumstances by offering housing in a 12-unit property.
He then purchased two 12-seater passenger vans to ensure his employees could get to and from work, on time and in the right state of mind. As if that wasn't enough, he then partnered with a local food bank so that meals could be provided to employees throughout the day. 
Now, he has set out to help employees with healthcare.
